These Rental Terms & Conditions govern the use of vehicle rental services provided by NE GOWHEELZ. By renting a vehicle, the renter agrees to comply with the following terms.

1. Required Documents

To rent a vehicle, the following original documents must be provided for verification:

  • Valid Driving License
  • Aadhaar Card or Government ID Proof
  • Working ID Card

2. Driver Eligibility

  • The renter must hold a valid and legal driving license for the rented vehicle type.
  • The renter must have a minimum driving experience of 1 year.
  • The renter must not have any legal restrictions or pending issues related to their driving license.

3. Alcohol & Misuse Policy

  • The renter must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of vehicle pickup.
  • If found intoxicated, the booking will be cancelled immediately without any refund.

4. Usage Restrictions

  • The vehicle must be used only for agreed destinations and travel routes.
  • The vehicle cannot be taken to unauthorized or restricted locations without prior approval.
  • The vehicle must be used only for personal or business purposes and not for commercial use unless agreed.

5. Legal Compliance

  • The renter must follow all traffic rules and government regulations at all times.
  • Any fines, penalties, or legal violations during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.

6. Vehicle Condition & Return

  • The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as received (excluding normal wear and tear).
  • The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location.
  • Fuel level must be the same as at the time of pickup.

7. Damage & Liability

  • The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
  • Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive dirt, or cleaning requirements.
  • The renter confirms that the vehicle has been inspected before use and is in good condition.

8. Indemnity

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold NE GOWHEELZ harmless from any claims, damages, injuries, property loss, or liabilities arising during the rental period.

9. Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be made at the time of vehicle pickup as per the agreed quotation.
  • No refund will be provided for early return of the vehicle.

10. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
  • Extra fuel will not be refunded.

11. Pickup & Delivery

  • Doorstep delivery is subject to availability of drivers and traffic conditions.
  • Rental time will be calculated from the moment the vehicle is handed over to the customer.

12. Cancellation & Refund

  • Bookings cancelled due to policy violations (such as intoxication) will not be refunded.
  • Other cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking agreement.

13. General Terms

  • The renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and maintain its condition.
  • NE GOWHEELZ reserves the right to refuse service if terms are not met.
  • These terms may be updated without prior notice.
