These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by NE GOWHEELZ. By booking or using our vehicle rental services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Eligibility

  • The renter must be at least 18 years old for two-wheelers and 21 years old for cars.
  • A valid driving license (original) is mandatory at the time of rental.
  • The renter must provide valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or similar).

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before vehicle handover.
  • Prices may vary depending on duration, availability, and demand.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of rental.
  • The deposit will be returned after vehicle inspection upon return.
  • Any damages, fines, or extra charges will be deducted from the deposit.

4. Vehicle Usage

  • The vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes.
  • Sub-renting or transferring the vehicle to another person is strictly prohibited.
  • Rash or negligent driving is not allowed.
  • The renter is responsible for all traffic violations during the rental period.

5. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are provided with a certain level of fuel and must be returned with the same level.
  • Any shortage will be charged accordingly.

6. Rental Duration & Late Charges

  • The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis (unless specified otherwise).
  • Late returns will attract additional charges.
  • Extensions must be requested and approved in advance.

7. Pickup & Drop

  • Pickup and drop services may be available on request.
  • Additional charges may apply based on location and timing.

8. Damage & Liability

  • The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
  • In case of an accident, the renter must inform NE GOWHEELZ immediately.
  • Repair costs, insurance claims, and downtime charges may be applicable.
  • In case of major damage or total loss, the renter may be liable as per insurance terms.

9. Insurance

  • All vehicles are insured as per legal requirements.
  • The renter must comply with all insurance conditions.
  • Any claim may require FIR and proper documentation.

10. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking.
  • Advance payments may be partially or non-refundable.
  • Refund timelines depend on the mode of payment.

11. Breakdown & Support

  • In case of breakdown, immediate support will be provided.
  • Replacement vehicles are subject to availability.
  • Misuse-related breakdowns may incur additional charges.

12. Prohibited Use

The vehicle must not be used for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Racing or stunt driving
  • Carrying excessive passengers or load
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

13. Indemnity

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold NE GOWHEELZ harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the vehicle.

14. Changes to Terms

NE GOWHEELZ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
